If im not mistaken the next update got delayed for a bit more, this was a couple of days ago. The creator said that we were going to get the 0.3 soon and with even more content, even after it's released 

One example I would give is this, 

You devour someone and when you check the stomach you have an option of shaking/slapping/pressing down your belly, the prey then proceeds to beg you to stop and you have more options like stopping or you continue and respond something like "Shh, you're food, and food doesn't need to think or speak" and you continue to torment then for a bit. 

First I would like to thank you for making this game, I love the game. 

I don't know how much work it would give to implent this idea, but it would be great in my opinion to add a feature to "play" with your food. You could use the "view stomach" button and add a couple options like being mean to them or to comfort them of their fate. I guess if you tried to add a visual for all this it could take a lot of work for this, but either way I would like to give this suggestion.
