Visually this is stunning, and the storyline has a lot of potential but you seriously need to find a proper translator because the English is atrocious and lets the whole project down.

0.6.1 is on the Zone. I despise Patreon as well, so I buy whatever version from here, and then get latest release (if necessary) from the Zone. Providing it hasn't been abandoned before it's finished.

I love everything about this VN but I'll never join Patreon because they're a mob of cunts. Also because, to be honest, I'm shocked that they haven't banned you yet, since they frown on this type of *cough*caretaker/ward*cough* relationship. Subscribestar is better but they don't seem to offer PayPal, or accept pre-paid Visa cards, and they ain't getting my real card details. Therefore, good ol' Itch.io is the way I support creators such as yourself.

The game is still being developed. digi.B posted last month on Discord about why there have been no new updates for over 12 months. Essentially, their mother's cancer got worse in early '24 and they had to prioritise her health over anything else. 

Why not try using the search function on F95?

Not sure why you aren't offering us the chance to pay for your game on Itch because I'll be fucked if I give those cunts at Patreon a cent of my money! Great game. I'm enjoying the story, and the dialogue, and the renders/characters are stunning.

I felt the same when I started playing. I hope you continued playing because it does get sooooo fucking satisfying, and it quickly became one of the hottest VNs around and one of my faves. :)

Why not just stick with here and maybe Subscribestar.adult? Patreon just seem excessively restrictive on what kinks and fetishes they allow, and a lot of creators end up banned as a result.

Not sure why mr.essa didn't like your dialogue because I think it is the best thing about the avn. Admittedly, it can be a bit jarring jumping from one thing to the next with no easing into it--first meeting with Sophie/Sara for example--but the banter/dialogue from the MC and all the other characters is terrific. The low quality of the graphics is unfortunate but I still rate "Almost Dead" very highly.

2023? Might want to change the year in the title of this update. :D

So has anyone mentioned the scripting/images error when trying to take Izzy to Luigi's? You have to click ignore, then you get a couple of blank screens, and then a couple of the beach images, and then it continues. I imagine we may be missing some dialogue or something but the Izzy path did complete nonetheless.
