Regarding the issues you encountered, the boomerang has a mechanic where the cooldown is reduced if you catch it on the return, adding an extra challenge if you don't catch it. As for the Chill Waters level, it was intended to be difficult for a greater challenge, but we'll review it and try to make it more manageable.
