If you love and support this project, you should also recommend for them to remove the AI assistance, for THEIR sake. Games using generative AI tend to receive lower player engagement, and up to 53% fewer first-month sales on platforms like Steam. This demo has so much potential and for it to get support needed to make it come to fruition, they'll need to think about the consequences of using AI.

I really love the idea, I was so hyped to try this when I saw it on social media. Unfortunately I can't say that I even managed to finish the demo. The controls are incredibly clunky and don't work well. Most of the time when trying to jump out of the water she just doesn't. It gets infuriating especially when there are enemies after you. I agree with everyone that the crawling could be improved, though I don't think the sections are too long as much as they are clunky. It just has to do with the movement, it's especially hard on people who have joint pain, or problems with their fingers as having to press LT and RT over and over while slowly inching forward can start to actually get painful. There were also sometimes when the character went through the floor while crawling and I'd get stuck with my arm through the floor. Even if there's a lot of critique from me here, I still want to emphasize just how much potential this game has. The premise is cool and original, the art style is beautiful and with just a few tweaks I think this game could be awesome! (I also agree with the AI thing, AI is heavily frowned upon and will lower your sales, because most people including me do not want to encourage AI usage as it's incredibly bad for the environment.
