Thanks for the feedback! Glad you liked the designs, they were some of the most worked aspects of the game. And yeah, we are still working on tweaking the difficulty.

As for the story, we wanted to add cutscenes to explain the plot and a bit of enviromental changes to showcase the aftermath. Obviously we had no time to add them, but we plan to do so for later updates. Same with the levels.

Thanks again for the comment!

Wait, so this was made with GZDoom? That's really impressive! The game is very fun and super challenging. Hope this becomes a full game or in this case, a complete doom mod (although i don't see much much change between the prejam version and the new version outside of a couple of sprites and a scrapped enemy).

Ok... it's an interesting concept and i liked the visuals (i see you are a big fan of reflections) and some of the animations, but as it is, it's held back by how janky it is. The sensitivity is too high, there is no clear direction about what to do or where to go, at least on later levels, and the melee weapons don't seem to land or don't seem to do any damage beyond the first takedown on the first level, so i had to rely on the guns. And i'm not sure if it's just me, but the audio sounds muffled or simply muted. Also, a sprint button would help with later levels.

It's a good base, though, and i hope this gets improved in the future.

It's a simple and charming game. I liked that you can now control de camera to see your surroundings. My biggest criticism though, like others have pointed out, is that it's way too easy. The dash mechanics allows to speedrun without getting detected, so i ended up spamming it too often. It doesn't help that the AI is very easy to cheese and pass through, with or without the dash. It would be more challenging with better AI and give variety to the levels, like new enemy types and obstacles and if possible, nerf the dash (either with restrictions or to not squash the enemies when using it).

But overall, i liked it. Keep up the good work :D.

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Good work! I loved the art style and lighting of this new version and the movement and gameplay feels very smooth. The only problems that i had were that i didn't know where or what to do in the game and some performance issues i had while playing.

Thanks for the comment! We plan to improve the game even further :D.

Simple, but impressive, not gonna lie. I've seen all the effort you made to improve your game, and that's admirable. Hope this get improved even further with more tracks and cars and who knows, it even becomes a full game at some point. It's great.

P.D: Am i the only one that think this could be a great mobile game :D.

Really nice game! It reminded me of metal gear solid both in atmosphere and music. My biggest criticism though is the camera system. If you are gonna give us a third person camera, which i prefer for a stealth game over the previous version that uses a fixed camera, it would be better to have free camera control to see your surroundings better, because more than once i got spotted without knowing where the enemy was.

Also, the game seems to freeze when i lose, not sure if that's intentional or a bug.

Overall, good work.

Glad you enjoyed it!

Hey pal! Thanks for the feedback!
About why the context, well, it's just a game where animals were fighting humans possessed by living glasses! It was a last second idea, so... yeah, that was the chosen idea at the end, he he. We will keep that in mind, though.
Thanks again!

Ok, seriously, i had more fun than i expected!
The game loop is really engaging and fast pased and the visuals are *chef's kiss*

Something that would improve the game would be leaderboards to save the highest scores, some tutorials to explain the mechanics, because at first didn't undestand where to go, and also some re-work of the minimap overlay, because it can be distracting at times.

Other than that, it's a great game. Hope this get improved later on, it has A LOT of potential.

A simple, but fun game, with a cool setting and great visuals.
The biggest issue is performance, a bit more polish and optimization would have benefited the game a lot, given that it struggled on my PC, at least (still more polished than Jedi Survivor XD).
P.D: a bit suprised that you decided to use Unreal.

To put it simple: It's amazing!
The inspiration of old school shooters, the charming blend between hand draw and stylized visuals, the challenging difficulty, the music. It's really amazing, not gonna lie.
The only issues i found are, at least on the web version, the camera moved to the left without input, one of the levels has some performance issue (the park level), and it's easy to run out of ammo with some classes, but other than that, you did great!

The objective is to get a high score before reaching the goal (the door at the end of each level).
We were planning to make it more polished and engaging, but due to time complications, we left it as is.
