try deleting the shader cache file. I posted instructions further down the thread.

see my post below. You may need to delete the shader cache.

make sure you quit the game before you delete it and relaunch.

To delete the shader cache in Farming Simulator 25 (FS25), navigate to your Farming Simulator documents folder, typically found in "My Documents," and delete the shader cache file or folder located within. This folder may be named something like "FS25" or "Farming Simulator 25". Deleting the shader cache can help resolve issues like performance problems or visual glitches.

Detailed Steps:

  1. Locate the FS25 folder: Open your "My Documents" folder and find the Farming Simulator 25 folder.
  2. Identify the shader cache: Within the FS25 folder, you'll likely find a folder or file related to the shader cache. It might be labeled "shadercache" or something similar.
  3. Delete the cache: Delete the identified shader cache folder or file.
  4. Consider deleting other files: You may also want to delete game.xml and gameSettings.xml files within the FS25 folder, as suggested in a Giants Software forum post.

you may need to delete your shader cache in your game folder.

I did make sure that the game was installed in my C: drive and mods in the default folder. Buildings are there when I launch a career game locally but missing when I open it on a multiplayer server. Any suggestions?

My game is installed in the default location but I use a different folder for each map within my mods folder. Is that the same thing?
