Wow! I'm really happy you thought so highly of our design. I wholeheartedly agree, that the platform movement needs to be paced better. We'll likely polish this up properly, and a lot of the feedback we received, especially on platforms, and remapping the key to move to the next level are definitely up there with the most important polish.

Thank you for playing our game and leaving such a thoughtful and constructive comment.

Thank you so much for playing and for the positive feedback! It's greatly appreciated!

I really REALLY liked the concept behind this. I'm always a fan of rhythm based stuff. The npc enemy was very trivial to beat though. I think this idea could be expanded into a really fun and interesting tic tac toe game. Well-polished and novel entry. :)

The art was really good. I enjoyed the card playing mechanics and can see this being a decent deck builder. I personally don't like sexy games, which is why I postponed playing to the very end, but I think it'd be unfair to categorically deny you my time and feedback. If there's one thing I would offer as feedback on the "spicy" bits, it's this:
Maybe undressing as opposed to ripping and tearing clothes would give a clearer and more romantic vibe beyond typical tropes that go along with sexualization. :)
Solid work overall, though!

Very cute and really well polished entry! One of my favorites of the 50+ games I've tried. Great work!

Cute idea! It was a little tedious to keep track of personalities and likes, because characters woul frequently walk to the edge of the map, making their traits unreadable. Other than that, this is a fun and cute entry. :)

The art was super cute. A little bit of sound would go a long way in giving the player some feedback on what's happening. :) It was a little hard to figure out what would and what wouldn't hurt me. Also did the bubbles do anything? I wasn't able to tell.

This was a decent platformer. I really liked the arrow shooting mechanic. Executed nicely. :) And the Art was really nice as well.

This is a real banger despite being so simple. Fleshed out, this could be a real arcade craze. I really enjoyed this mixing pool and slingshots (or that's how it felt). Props for such a unique idea.

This was a really nice pac-man like. I was thrown of by how finicky corners were and panicked a few times. I like the use of the life bar and hearts. Fun high score chase. :) And really cute art!

The artstyle was nice on this. The werewolf felt out of place though. This felt a lot like devil daggers or akane in a cetain sense. Nice entry!

I absolutely loved the idea behind this. Really cute and clever use of the theme! I especially loved that you could play dead while walking and just slide past the fox in the second level.

This is awesome! And polished really well too! I really like the idea of a dating game show. The pacing was a little fast for me. The timer could be a liiiittle slower. And the minigame at the end was a little confusing as to how my choice was being made. I think game design could use improvement overall, but for a game jam idea this is really really cool!

This was such a fun idea. I like the tutorial. I actually found a way to skip straight to the character swapping portion by jumping across. Fun to find stuff like that. I also like the aesthetic a lot.  Really solid 3d puzzle platforming.

This was really fun. Solid Roguelite. Sadly, I had a bug that simply let me complete the game mid battle. I really enjoyed the  combat though. The dodge roll was fun to use. The enemies were a bit bare bones but got the job done. The obstacles in the environment could have used some highlighting. Still, really fun entry!

This is a nice proof of concept. I wasn't entirely clear on the end goal, but fell out of the level after finding an X and wanting to return via platform. There's some colision issues and platforms will move out from under the player. I think sticking to the sides of platforms was intentional in order to climb up the tower. I really enjoyed the art style.

Very good use of the theme! bitwise operators is a fun thing! However, I had a bug, where the robot would constantly start with 5 Os and would always win, because only Os were availabe to start. That kinda killed the joy of it, but the idea is really cool!

This is a really neat concept. beating enemies didn't really work out for me, but platforming was fun and interesting. This could end up being a really challenging but fun platformer. :) I also wish drawing hearts would have been more...possible?

"Hello,

heart there or reach waste again."

Such was the opening of my first letter with 79000+ points.

This is a cute idea with the energy of madlibs. The opening vibe was a little scary at first, but that's just me having played to many low effort horror games, lol. I think the randomization of dropped words could be a little more controlled, to not force players into collecting entire swaths of words at once. Another Idea could be power ups or modifiers, like making the player element smaller, wider, faster, or slower. Nice entry. :)

This is a really cute entry. The art is really adorable. Sound design was fitting as well. I enjoyed the amount of available options for writing letters. On the final letter, the image of the character didn't appear, other than that, everything seemed to work as intended.

I like the general idea. Surprised to see it a second time. There's a similar entry. I liked the lo-fi music and I think the art was well done. Sadly, I had some bugs where closing out of the bouquet arrangement would result in no scene being loaded, which left me staring at unity's blue backdrop. I restarted in those instances. Settings and Options do nothing. Some customers mentioned a price limit, but I couldn't see any clear communication of flower prices.
Still a solid effort!

Yeah, I was playing using firefox.

I had to kinda zoom out in order to see all of the game screen. weird resolution. But the art was really nice. The gameplay wasn't too compelling. Having a sword, or maybe a shield or other possibilities to diversify attacks, would have been cool. Also, I was able to walk off the map before killing all slimes. Still a cool idea. I would play something like this if it was expanded upon. :)

I personally don't enjoy games like this very much, but I really appreciated the art and audio. It seemed well executed, however I did have a bug that kept panning the camera towards the floor. Nice idea.. :)

I tried again and got the hang of what I was supposed to do. An explanation of the UI in game would have been neat. I think that the indication of why or even what made a person evil could have been made clearer. :) I thought it was funny to "accept" people into hell :D

This was a really cute game. The writing was really good and I thought the introduction was well done. The story is cute and I appreciate the philosophical contextualization of love before introducing two robots as our protagonists.
I was surprised by the lack of a experience point system. The random encounters were a little frequent and the ambush after the corner store definitely gave me a run for my money. Other than that, I thought this was very endearing and I would like to see more writing like this in games.

Pressing E let's you extend the range of the lighted area. But be careful, it drains energy. Catching the Sockets, or capsule, as you said, is a bit finicky. It definitely could use a little fine tuning. Thank you for playing and leaving feedback!

Thanks for playing and the compliment!

That's a game right there! :D

Having unlockable upgrades does sound fun. :) Thank you for playing and leaving some input.

That's really odd. which browser are you using? Are you sure that you only activated full screen after splash screen is over? Sad to hear you couldn't play at all. :(

Intriguing concept. Sadly I was entirely incapable of solving the puzzle. But you created a really tense and creepy atmosphere. Props.

I 100% agree! We had background assets ready to go, but we ran out of time, so there's only a few levels using a handful of background assets, which could have helped navigate the level. Thank you so much for your time and your feedback! It's greatly appreciated. :)

I think this is an okay lawyer sim foundation. I agree with the sentiment that having one big fleshed out case would have been really cool.  Overall a tidy little game. Definitely kept me attentive for 5 cases, but I didn't catch the theme anywhere.

(1 edit)

This is easily in my top three favorite games of the jam so far. very fun!

I don't think any of us drew inspiration from that, but I do see the same vibe. Who knows, maybe one of my fellow devs have played it. :)

Thanks! I really appreciate the time and kind words. :)

Definitely an interesting play! Very artsy. A neat little rpg maker game. I really enjoyed the click controls!

cute idea. it's too bad it doesn't play properly in browser. definitely a nice use of the theme to create a little game collection.

Classic asteroids with hugs and kisses. Nice game!
