They are FBX files, they should have the textures embedded within them. I'll check again later today.
I just double checked this and it seems to be working for me. What software are you using? I mainly use blender. Make sure you're in the right viewport as well. Let me know how it goes. If the issue persists you might have to send me a screenshot.
