Last time I checked, the upload included the Windows build as well (I assume with two folders for the .exe and data folder). I will look into what went wrong—when uploading, I was using a Mac, so I didn’t focus much on that build, but it definitely contained files at the time.
As for the WebGL application, it works perfectly for me and everyone who has tested it, so I’m not sure why it’s not working in your browser. Which browser are you using?
