Thanks for playing! You can already play the full game, it is buyable for $2.5!

Hey! I used your SFX pack in my game Towers of the Bane! It helped a lot considering I struggled a lot with SFX, thank you so much!
You are in the credits :)
(btw if you try the demo you should download it, the web version is kinda mid lol)

Hey! I played it a bit, I love the visuals and the gameplay!! The way everything is so polished and juicy, woow looks great :)
I think there's still some performance problems (I played on the windows version, my pc is potato lmao) but I still think that's not the most important so yeah awesome!
I got something like 300/350 coins, I didn't played more considering I'm french and not the best english speaker so it demands some energy!
You could also *maybe* add a little "pop-up" telling you can interact when you're close to an interactible objects / yk
Hope you will make other interesting games!

Merci beaucoup pour la review !! C'est incroyable de lire ça et c'est trop gentil de ta part ! Je suis vrm content que tu ais aimé le jeu, je me la suis butté pdt deux ans et ça va continuer avec les projets suivants !!

Could be great! That won't be possible for the release considering it's in a week (omg can't believe it x) ), but I could ask you some help for the next update!
Did you joined the discord? Would be nice if you want to talk more!

I'm glad you enjoyed the demo!! Thank you so much for playing and giving feedback, it means a lot!
I corrected most of the problems you found, having feedback for the dialogs is really helpful considering I'm french and I don't have a great english lol.

The full game will release on September 6th and will most likely be around 2$ so I hope you'll play it! (otherwise there will be an updated demo lol)

Happy to help! :)

I liked the game, the mechanics are cool even though it can feel a bit repetitive after a few minutes. The gameplay could be faster

The idea is great, I was surprised to hear someone when I tried to change the parameters. I'm a little late I think but it's still interesting to see the games the others dev have made!

I just tried it and the core mechanic is really fun! The artstyle is awesome and I think I could listen to the ost outside of the game! I wishlisted the game on steam! I sometimes lost my guitar, so it would be nice to always have an indicator of where it is.

No problems! I didn't went really far but I may try again soon if I have some time

I just released the demo of my game so I know how hard it can be to have some visibility and feedback

I'm just to late to rate it :( but the idea was great, good job!

The artstyle is peak! I really enjoyed the game

I liked the game a lot! For some reason the physic of the lasso is really satisfying

Nice game, It need several try to get a good strategy! I had a good time!

Think about being able to grab anything (I think you should understand with that ?) btw that purple button is hard top press so you may need to retry several times when you have the solution to press it, and yeah the end of the game is pretty confusing si sorry for all the problems! (We had 3 days so basically we ran out of time)

And btw thanks for the nice feedback it's so great to hear it!

Nop, the solution for that one is idiot but not obvious. Do you want the solution or a hint? (Yeah asking that kind of question is rarly a sign of good game design 😓)

Thanks!!

Thank you so much, that's a precious feedback! I think I should have done playtest way earlier to have more time to fix stuff like fight, so I think I'll try to change them and add a lot of polish of course! I think I'll ask some help to a friend for coding (because I suck at coding) so I will be able to release the game in time! And if it's not fully ready, we'll release it in early access I guess
Anyway, as I already said thank you so much for the feedbacks and playing the game that's huge, and I hope you'll play the full game or a more advanced demo in the future! (you can join the discord to have day-one info ;) )

Great idea! Perfectly polished everything that's in the game is perfect. I think the big problem is that the game is short and the concept (from what I saw) doesn't allows difficults puzzles

Thanks!!

Thanks a lot!

Nice game, it was fun! Goofy idea

Bro say it in another way or don't say it, that's not nice

After a more than a year of development, I released the demo of my game Towers of the Bane, a 2D action-adventure game set in a non-linear world that aims to recall the exploration of the first Zelda game while modernizing it. The full game will be released in less than a month so it would be really amazing to have some feedback ahead of the full release!

One point that mainly concerns me is the price: I wonder if I could sell it for between €1 and €2, but even at that price, I think no one will play it, and I'm not even sure many people will try the demo.

So, another point (maybe a bit off topic? Sorry :/) would be advice on how to get more visibility, which seems very difficult for a small developer like me.

And of course, the most important thing would be to see your feedback on the narration, the gameplay, or even just to talk about your impressions of the game!!

A few month ago I discovered Yancy and as a great fan of the Zelda, I loved it! That game is a true love letter to NES games and the first Zelda, when I played it I just took a piece of paper and I drew my own map! I was wondering how to promote a game efficiently so I asked to the creator of the game on discord and I was surprised to learn he doesn't have a lot of visibility too so I though I could repost the game here

Hope you'll play it and hope you'll enjoy it!!

Pretty cool game! Love how you had and idea similar to my game but you've done something entirely different

Loved the game!! The visuals are really clean especially the lights (I think the ui could be polished but it's great for a 4 days game jam), and the game is so addictive I love it! You could definitly make a full game

Thanks!!

Thank you BigPeanut!!

Thank you so much! That's incredible to see feedbacks after more than a year of development!! Hope you'll try the full game in a month :)

Thanks!!

Love the visuals!

Really cool game! Loved it, especially the combat system!

Thanks, nice to hear you loved the idea! Btw your game was really unique too!

Glad you appreciated! Yeah at the end I basically ran out of time so I couldn't make things more clear, I hope you saw the end of the game anyway!

I got 16! Great game, I consider making a wario-ware like too but went for a puzzle platformer. Some games are hard to understand but after a game or two the game become really funny! Great job!

I fully completed the game! It was pretty fun, I had to really think so good design! The Idea is pretty good too, good interpretation of the theme!
