Hey everyone! 👋
I'm Nincy12, a solo indie developer, and I'm super excited to share my latest project with the community: FEED THE FISH!
I’ve always been fascinated by retro PSX aesthetics and short, atmospheric psychological horror games. With this project, I wanted to explore how a mundane, everyday chore can slowly spiral into an unsettling nightmare.
📖 QUICK SUMMARY
You find yourself inside a quiet, secluded trailer on a gloomy evening. You’ve just bought a small black fish, and you have only one simple responsibility: Do not starve it.

However, as the fog outside thickens and the sky bleeds into a sickly red, you will quickly realize that you are not alone out here...

🎮 WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Retro PSX & Analog VHS CRT Aesthetics: Low-poly visuals with nostalgic screen filters.
• Psychological & Uncanny Horror: Atmospheric tension without relying purely on cheap jumpscares.
• Bite-Sized Experience: A focused 10–15 minute horror story.
• A Little Meta Feature: The game actually creates a text (.txt) file on your desktop as part of the narrative experience.
I built this game using my own PSX Horror Kit in Unreal Engine, and I’m really eager to hear what you all think! Whether you’re a player, a fellow dev, or a content creator, any feedback, reviews, or thoughts would mean the world to me.
