Thanks for the feedback!! Yea I took inspiration for both games since I like their ideas. I want to address those complaints as well, first one yea I really want to make the levels with more variety, even more levels actually. I wanted to add sustain notes and a note that you can't hit (actually the this note is already in the game files, is called bomb) but was not implemented properly specially because the way I was making the charts. Since I didn't know how to create a proper level editor, I used one called beatrice. I a good level editor but has some limitations, to get the ideia the lane 3 on the beatrice editor I use to define the saw notes and the first and second lane is for notes to hit. For the second complain yea, like I explain some stuff I didn't know at first, specially with timings. And I don't know much about charting and making a level that was fun, balanced and synced. Overall I'll probaly will continue developing this game since the reception was too good of what I was expecting. Thank you again for playing and glad you like it :)

I showed this to my friends on university, they're thinking to translate it to our language and show to your teachers! I love this education game. Even tho I got only pass the tutorial, I really learned more about binary and in a really fun and challenge way. Great job bro!
Also some bugs I found during gameplay: on the step where you have to answer Yes or No, the game is case sensitive so if you write "yes" in lowercase, the game may softlock you, I don't know if on windows / linux builds this will work but on the web version this caused a softlock.
This is a cool RPG! fits well on the theme but there are some things that need to be fixed.
I think you used a 3D sound source, the music is good and relaxing but I can see is a 3D source because you can hear it panning on your headphones and if you stay away from the center, the volume turn down. I don't know if the 3D source is intentional or not.
Also, the skill takes too long to charge and become worse if you get stunned by multiple enemies (like the small ones and the mages that keep shooting you even on walls. I agree with the samah comment, to refund some charges after killing enemies. Also make the bug guys shoot get destroyed when hitting a wall, they can hit you from wall you can't see on the camera. Besides all these is a cool game and I think the art style is really cute and fits on the theme really well.
Thanks for the feedback! I added this to my list of what I need to change if I ever think to create a "full ass release" of it. I plan to add like binds and everything because, I know. This control scheme may sucks for some people. and yea add a tutorial and more stuff on the game may be good too. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed it! :)
Thanks for the feedback, honestly I got a lot of inspirations from other games, specially muse dash where you use the "top lane" as jump, so I thought add the jump button instead, also yea I probably could do better on tutorial, was planned to be added a tutorial with all the buttons appearing but instead I was focusing more on bug fixing. I'm waiting for more feedback and overall to see if is worth put more effort on this project because the idea is really good.
I really like this game, the gameplay is a bit hard to understand at first but when you find what you need to do, is kinda fun. I like this concept for tower defense, hope you want to finish this game, maybe add power ups, more levels. Also I want to talk the song on BG is awesome but the guitar distortion makes the audio blows up. Overall is a good game.
I don't know if the creator didn't have enough time to continue making but I feel some parts of the game really unfinished. The backgrounds is a blank space so is hard for you to know if you're moving or not, there is not indication of where the stardusts are and the BG Music, feels a bit repetitive at start. In general is a good idea but it lack on the time I guess feel the game unpolished and kinda bugged I think. I got my player at some point where my life bar already desappeared from the screen.
Sim o jogo era para ter uma musica chamada Victim, mas foi removida por nao combinar muito e tambem tava muito dificil para chartear ela. alem disso eu nao julgaria voce ter essa sensação do jogo, porque alem de ter sido minha primeira vez fazendo um jogo desse porte, eu nao sei criar as charts ksks
