No, it's not. There's a Continue option.

You don't need your saves anymore, finish the version you are playing and you can continue from any previous version's last scene in v0.1.3

If you see "In this version of the game, there won't be any more special events for her." that literally means the character's story is under development. You can join our Discord server for more information.

They are the same, only difference is image quality.

They both are the same, just quality is low on the compressed version.
