no, it's about Baxter in the hang out event when a choice is made, he talks about how he and the friends drifted away from each other. Also, in the sightseeing event he talks about how he felt like he didn't really have friends that he was just the rich kid in town. It's just I feel like I didn't do enough to maintain or at least help him feel like he is wanted, but in the end, I couldn't do anything, and judging by the wedding DLC we most likely won't ever see him again.
