This might be my favourite game of the jam. Very polished, awesome art style, good ambient music, and fun gameplay. Immediately noticed the inspiration from Slay the Spire, which I love, along with chess. Amazing job to everyone involved in making this game!

Apart from it not being the best use of the theme, I do love this concept and it makes for a great game with lots of potential!

I love the art, this game is beautifully made. Audio was really nice as well, had lots of fun playing your game!

Very intense and funny idea, well done!

Really smart and creative idea! I want to see this concept become a full puzzle platformer game, hopefully you keep working on this!

I love the art style!

Really cool game! I love the visual style.

I had good fun playing this, I love memory games. Great level design :) Congrats on your first game jam!

I agree with the others that controlling your character is quite hard but this game is really cool! With more intuitive and cleaner movement this game could be really really great. The pogoing and deflecting of bullets is sick, and the artwork look really good! Love the background layering. Congrats!

I like the way you used the theme! I could see this concept being used for some more cool puzzle levels, very well done!

Really cool visual style and music to go along with it!

I love this idea! A fun little minigame :)

Cool idea and good potential!

Fun game and cool art! Congrats!

Super addicting game, reminds me of Factorio. I love the dialogue and everything seems very polished. Impressive game for a 4-day game jam, congrats!

Very impressive game for only 4 days, well done!

I really appreciate the thorough feedback, very helpful.

Regarding the countdown, we would also have liked to integrate it better into the game’s core mechanic but unfortunately without the age regression button it led to players having to wait until they could proceed with the next part of the level if they were too quick. If we had lowered the time available at each age then it would have made levels much harder. We will have to figure out a good solution for this outside of the game jam’s 4-day time constraint.

I am glad you enjoyed the game regardless, I really enjoyed yours as well :)

The fact that you were determined to finish our game while there are more than 10000 other games to play is a great compliment! I am glad that you had a good time despite the difficulty :)

Amazing use of the theme, super creative. Unique and fun gameplay and I love the mix of 2D and 3D.

Super creative idea and set of minigames! Very polished game, congrats!

Very fun and cool idea! A few bugs with the mouse cursor disappearing and needs to be more fleshed out but great potential!

Cool idea! An interesting puzzle game that has great potential. I got tired of the repeating music loop pretty quickly but the character controller was quite nice.

Brought back the feeling of portal puzzles, with a mind-bending puzzle mechanic. Really cool idea really well implemented. Puzzles were definitely difficult but finally solving each one felt great.

Very creative puzzle game, very satisfying to combo the bombs and launching yourself in the process.

Creative idea, very satisfying seeing your rank climb with every click.

Insanely well made game for 4 days, very polished. Beautiful art and music, perfectly fitting the vibe of the game. Congrats to all involved!

Audio is really well done and a fun little minigame.

Cool art style and fun! Screen that you play on could be a bit bigger with bigger buttons/font.

Really cool idea and very fun once you understand the various functions of the tiles. Clearer instructions/functions of the tiles would allow more people to get into the game and feel the enjoyment of figuring out the puzzles.

Wow this was very fun, it got me hooked immediately. Great level of detail and progression in the game was very well done!

Yes, that was a big inspiration! Glad you noticed.

Yeah had to rush the second and third level after spending too long on the first one haha
