I'm really sorry to hear that, to save in the game you need to enter on the Save Room and Sit on the Sofa that is in the middle of the Room, then a menu should show up and then you ara able to save, that is the way to save the game. If you did all of that and still can't save, could you send us a screenshot or a video recording of it? So we can quickly do a hotfix and fix this issue.
