Guessing this would be like the intended method was to go to Santorini, get the Space suit (and extra fuel) then drive back and hit the Obelisk as compared to brute forcing it with a bunch of loops?  I had that buff from that before heading to Santorini.

Well not sure if still being updated or not but the Hack Cluster 10 and 13 shop rewards cannot be purchased.

Also requesting options to auto destroy some data cards (a toggle for "destroy boosts" and destroy these particular cards for the low end stuff)

You can plan it out by observing from the tram from S to A and back.

Well if you can remotely call the tram you can ride it and observe route and get a shorter route which saved me about 20 power doing that with the speed motors.

Loot T.  Take Generator with you.  Tunnel to L.  Get supplies from the rover and outside.  Don't even bother going inside.  Tunnel back to T. Drive to Dam.  Enter S.  Recharge rover/get supplies.  Should have max fuel cells.  Drive to A.  Use fuel cells and generator to charge power block.  At least how I did it.  Been stuck taking the long way to A as well since my non follow the tracks route forgot it exists.

Edit:  Just noticed a 4.028 download.  Very nice.

Also might be a bug but after recovering the artifact from Astrape, I was able to go back to Santorini after it was destroyed and park, resupply.

Been waiting for this update and excited as can be for it.  Looks like the multi action to drive to Astrape seems to be broken now?  Can't do the observe now and have done it before.

So minor bug I've noticed is the combined action of "Drive to Astrape" only completes half the action before it stops and you have to manually do the other half.
