Thank you very much!

Are you kidding? Mock-Mock is super polished, a great experience! :)

Thank you so much for noticing! :)

Those are all valid suggestions, thank you very much! Button feedback has been the most requested feature by far, that part could have used a little bit more work :D

I am glad you liked it! Sorry for making you feel that way, it wasn't obviously intentional, I could have wrote a tutorial or something to explain the mechanics a little bit better :(

Thank you!

There were a few UI bugs that made it difficult to play, but I love the concept for this game, the music and the art style fit perfectly. This is a great game, if a bit unpolished, and playing it felt really good (and sad, but in a good way)

Great art style and sounds, the game looks very pretty. I liked the fact that the character has a little bit of inertia and doesn't stop moving immediately after releasing the button, adds a nice challenge. To me personally the game felt a bit too punishing, I would have preferred a smaller hitbox for the clouds, less clouds overall, or some implementation of i-frames to avoid getting stuck and bouncing between the same clouds and the top of the screen for several seconds, which felt a bit frustrating. This is just a personal comment though, probably skill issue ;) A great game overall!

Such a great game! The style is really cool and unique, there is a lot of variety with levels and win conditions (do I smell some Baba Is You influences? It works really well!) and it is overall a supremely fun and enjoyable game to play. Congrats!

Great art style and the game is very much in line with the theme, it was really hard but I had lots of fun with it!

The concept is so good and it fits with the theme perfectly! The art style is also very fitting for the game and the music is catchy, I had lots of fun playing this! :D

I like the art style and the sound, the game is also pretty fun. There were a few bugs with movement (first time I could not move at all, and the other times the blue slowdown effect from the enemies would never wear off and I would be stuck with the slow movement speed for the rest of the run) but all in all I had a good time :)

Thank you so much!

I will preface this by saying I am very bad at 2048, so 2048 with added constraints seemed to me like a hellish concept, but you managed to make it really fun! I think it's partly due to the art style and sound design which are really nice and help take the pressure off a little bit, and partly due to the fact that the rounds are so short that even if you lose one it's easy to get back in. Very good!

This is a really unique concept and a sweet interpretation of the theme, I also like the art style :) As a person with a (very mild) strain injury, it was a bit uncomfortable for me to click on the shape and then flick the mouse over to the bubble to stop the timer in time. For my specific experience, it probably would have been better to start and stop the timer by clicking in the same place (on the shape itself) but I understand that this is very much a "me" problem, and I also I think the reason you didn't implement it like this is that it would probably have made the game much easier. All in all a great game!

Nice concept and execution, what I loved most is how polished and responsive the UI feels! The buttons are really snappy, the animations look nice, everything feels really polished and that greatly adds to the experience :)

This gets pretty hard pretty quickly! A nice concept, the artwork and especially the music are really really good!

What a great game, it hit me pretty hard; and how cool was it to end every time loop by falling asleep cuddling the cat. That's what I would do in real life, too. What a game, congrats

I would like to think that there are no jobs similar to this but unfortunately I know that it is false :(

Thank you for playing and thank you for the praise, and I'm sorry I didn't make it clearer about the keyboard controls, next time I'll think of a better way to communicate these info to the player! :D

Thank you! I call playing with mouse only "hard mode" :) And thank you for playing to the end!

Nice interpretation of the theme and holy moly is this difficult past the first few levels :D

The concept is great and the visuals are really good! Also, the jam's theme is central to the design which is very nice :)

The concept is great, the art style too! Easy to pick up, very stressful to play, great :)

So good! Such a great idea, executed very well, and the artstyle is so cute! A really great game

Great game, it's amazing how much polish you managed to squeeze into four days! Everything feels really nice and responsive, the music is great too!

The controls feel really good and the mechanic of having your countdown refreshed every time you kill an enemy makes you want to play super aggressively, which is really good fun!

Super fun and the artwork is so cute!

This is a great concept, when I started the game and saw that the ball was squishy I almost giggled. Great game!

Thank you, I wanted to make the last level a little bit unfair by upping the difficulty and I had lots of fun with it :D I agree with the additional mechanics, I had some ideas for making the game longer and more complex but in the end I scrapped them because I wouldn't have had time to polish the rest of the game; I figured it was best to ship a game that was a little more polished even if it was shorter overall :)

Thank you so much! Now that I think about it, it has Mario Party vibes :D

Thank you, I am glad you liked it! :)

The concept is original and well executed, the artstyle is cute and very clear. It's also probably the most "count-downy" game I've played in this jam, so extra kudos for sticking to the theme so closely!

On an unrelated note, this game made me realize I am very bad at understanding the difference between similarly-advancing counters, it's a very good game, I'm just very bad at it :D

Thank you so much! :)

Love the concept, love the artstyle and the polish, also the gameplay is fun and extremely addictive :)

Love the narrative-heavy approach, it really works with this concept!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it :)

Holy molasses this game is amazing, I love the concept and the execution, the pacing, the artstyle. I love this!

Unfortunately I had a couple crashes while playing the game, but I had an unreal amount of enjoyment at playing a vampire filling people's trash cans while disguised as a chef. It was great!

I like the core mechanic, I think it gives the player a lot of options as well as hard choices (block for safety or try your luck on a risky damage swing?). It makes for engaging gameplay :)

(1 edit)

I love the artstyle, it is so good! Unfortunately on my screen the game content would sometimes overflow out of the screen and the UI regularly blocks the view of parts of the game, which made it a bit hard to play :(
