Absolutely, once you get high tier items, you can tank enemies easily. Something that would take me time playing to balance and adjust the right progression.

That´s why I gave damage bonus to ultimate defense, to still be useful. I usually test all skills, and the magic resist is quite usefull early-mid. But late game it falls off a bit. 

I´ll consider your suggestions when I create a new tab for upgrading towers. Each tower will have a skill tree, and additionally I´ll  include some global upgrades like the lives and revive mechanics.

Currently working on a new level and item augmentation system, if everything goes well it will be up this weekend.

You cooked here, there are so many incrementals, first time I see something original. Too short tho, but sweet.

I´m very happy with the result. Will investigate the timer and special skills, to see if they can be correctly tracked.

So isn´t the 2 hours and 23 minutes timer correct? ( it only tracks time during levels)

Good catch, next patch will show the Synaptic Escalation XP/Gold bonus in the character UI. And decide a unified name for gold in the code, for consistancy =]

Incrementals are not my type of games, but the charm of this is great. The units, the sounds and it is very well optimized, hundreds of projetiles and runs super smooth.

My only suggestion is that progression goes too fast, ligting fast haha!

I got maxed very fast. Maybe it is intentional, and im old.

I have no coding knowledge, and vibe coding broke that wall for me to start developing a game.

I made a QA course back in the day to maybe work at IT, and finnally making a lot of use of that. I like to test everything manually and put it to the extreme. Sometimes it drives you insane, but many times I get wowed by successfully implementing ideas.

There is no download exclusive content, everything will be available for browser. You can unlock tower 3 and 4 by beating level 2 and 4😉👍

Each boss have some tricks to beat it.  The way to beat boss 2 is to constantly walk in circles around it. With just enough distance to avoid most barrage missiles and to keep attacking it. And when the nuke timer gets to 1 second, you dash away with space key. I´m planning to keep the game on the challenging side, but I´ll consider balancing it if it is too unforgiving.

Lots of good content to the game is coming hopefully this weekend, game will be updated weekly or so.

My only complain is that spacebar for mining should not restrict movement.
This would make the game much more dynamic. For players who feel these things, and even for those who dont pay attention, it will make the experience better for all.

Other than that, keep the great work

Looks great, plays a bit funky. Levels should have a progression. 

The manual casting of each tower is not fun atm.

want to hear a funny thing? I had a bug (only in level 4) that would turn normal items into unique hahahha! uniques are supposed to be very powerful and super rare. So yeah, funny bug hehe. Will be fixed in next patch. (more unique items will also come in the future)

Currently working on level 5, and a new system to voluntary make enemies more powerful for a reward. And making some map experimentation. 

I really appreciate the permanent skill feedback, is super useful. It will take time messing with them to fine tune, balance, and some will be reworked completely (great suggestions to rework👍). 

Loved the Heroes of Might and Magic mention, I´ll consider making new passives.

So yeah, lot of things coming, to test our high level hero builds!

It´s so interesting to hear your playstyle and experimentation with NXF, very cool!

The tower price increase, benefits having all towers types (first 1 or 2 are much cheaper), and it also benefits upgrading towers, over building like 100 towers. The selling tower strat was smart, I will have to balance it to not need to sell towers. I remember doing it a lot in kingdom rush, but it is a bit cheesy haha, the game should be balanced enough to not require that.

You map size concern is so right! I was busy creating the rest of the systems I neglect the map. 

It will take time and experimentation to make better maps, probably with new elements and systems. And definitely smaller.

And will also have to help the player realize more intuitively the inventory system, maybe with the help of Anima´s voice. (pro tip, right click to swap or equip items)

Will be working on new levels, level 4 is easy with max gear.

I really appreciate the feedback, when I create collectibles or cosmetics, I will definetly dedicate one with your name =]

Wow! you are awesome! are you a dota or league player? because I want the game to have a decent micro skill.

The progress is saved with localstorage. I currently don´t have any way to collect data. That´s a great idea, I will look up how to implement a button so you can export all valuable game information, and also see it ingame. It will also help for rewards when finnishing levels, the better you do you gain some xp or something. Like a level summary (a future idea). 


Last permanent skills made heros OP, but I got too excited about the system and share it immediately haha!

I will be working in new levels, that will be more challenging to balance heros, and make the progression smoother. With new enemies, attacks, properties, abilities. I will not make the typical multiplier to make enemies artificially harder. It will be fun but it will take more time to make it right.
Towers will get some love aswell, so they can get stronger (since hero is OP right now)

I´m a 100% gameplay kinda guy, haha x]

I have a small subtle (not explicit) lore idea for the future, but it will take a while to get there.

My goal is to make the game super fun to play with basic graphics, once it´s done, make a complete overhaul of graphics, and then flesh out that subtle lore.

Totally, the controls are outdated. I´m making many changes, I forget to make everyone know. I´ll make a better description in my next update.

I´ll add volume controls and a lead in time at the start to my to do list.

Visual feedback is quite an art, I´m always trying to improve. Let me know if there is something particular I should improve.

Currently working on a permanent skill paths upgrades in the style of Grim Dawn. To further improve the heros, and customize the buils. 

Is early developing, but every week I´ll drop updates. appreciate your time!
