Some of elements of the UI do persist when logging out to the character select screen. That is working as intended by the game. Some elements lingering over onto other characters, after you have done so. That is a bug that would have to be fixed by the game's developers. As a UI Skinner, I don't have control over such things unfortunately.

As far as it goes, these files are mine. The original creator of a previous version of BlackBird gave me the blessing to continue on with it. As far as LanternBird goes, the lanterns in the BG image is what may be copyrighted and maybe other parts that I haven't edited yet. What you see in the theme of my Bird skins is what I currently have control over. If you want to use it, perhaps we can discuss further. But, it would mainly contain just credit for myself and Ualac, the original BlackBird creator.

This asset is completely free. DDO allows for user created skins. You will not be copyrighted against for using this skin.

Itcho.io had an issue with the file. It is now available.

I have since added a .zip file, this way you don't require and external program.

It states in the download instructions, that you need either Winrar or 7-Zip to extract files.
