I think i've dodged an enemies attack once. They have a massive jump range which makes the impossible to dodge once they're locked onto you, so the best strategy is to just tank the hits while hitting them back which sucks.
It's possible to skip the intro cutscene with Lixian shoving you into the Mospital(tm) which lets you access the rest of the map, including falling out of it lmao.
