Good luck with this, Koikatsu body models and textures definitely weren't made with this in mind, let alone clothing lol.

Are you playing with the posing at all in Studio or are you just relying on existing idle animations?  Some quick adjustments on hand placement with IK / FK would help avoid clipping on the cuffs at least, although you may have to make the hands grip the jacket instead of resting like that to get anything that looks natural.

You may want to check on eating, too.  After eating a few things I cannot eat anything again, even after several days.

This doesn't appear to work for me either.  From your warning there's a "weight loss" mechanic of sorts -- is this accumulating a BE / AE penalty even before the player starts using potions (ie, remains at level 0)?  Given how little money you earn at the start I imagine most people spend several days just earning money before they even start with any of the fun stuff.
