Especially because you mentioned enjoying this for more than just the NSFW, I'd STRONGLY recommend Growth Academy. Some of that game's story hit me way more to me than it should have any right to. There's next to no gameplay, per se, but it's not really trying to, and the writing and choices are very good. Plus lots of good booba, cake, and tum art. (Also muscles and giants, but those are less my thing)

The game page lists body expansion as one of the included fetishes - is there any more of it besides what is already present in the demo? I'm probably still going to get it regardless, I was just curious and didn't want to go in with false expectations.

I enjoy preg and weight gain content, but the game has come this far with no indication of adding additional kinks - and not every fetish game can or should appeal to every fetish. The fact that you added toggles for the lip growth is already going above and beyond, imo. (Like, really, thanks so much for that!)
