I’ll be using itch to finally give a home to many projects from over the years. 

hi - unlikely as the original disks are copy protected and use a custom file format. With the new data files being a different length, I wouldn’t even be able to just patch them in (and it will likely break the copy protection)

I could however provide an HDF version, although this will likely run in much the same way as mounting the LHA in any emulator.

Are you looking to put on a real disk and real hardware?
