Thank you so much! And yes, the infinite jump thing is a bug but I couldn't find the source of it so I decided to leave it in. Also, I'll add some effects when attacking in the enhanced version of the game.

Yeah, the world was meant to have more interesting layouts and challenges but we couldn't make it in time. The cave section is especially notorious for this, I think. A lot of people have pointed out that they couldn't figure out the controls and they're right, we'll fix it in the enhanced version of the game.

You have to go into the other planet but go right instead of left, you'll find somewhere you can slide. Thank you for playing and giving criticism!

Thank you! I dedicated most of my time to programming the controls and I think that was one of the reasons why I couldn't finish it in time but seeing you enjoying it, I think it was worth it. And yes, those things you found were bugs lol. I noticed that sliding was broken and to finish it as quickly as possible, I decided to remove sliding entirely when the gravity was reversed. You can also not only jump three times but infinite times when the gravity is reversed! I couldn't find the cause of the bug so I decided to leave it as is.

Also, we plan on releasing an enchanced version of the game and a sequel (if we don't lose the motivation).

Once again, thank you for your review. It really made me happy and I'm sure my friends will be happy too once they see it.

Yeah it's fixed now. Thanks!

If you want to finish it, the last body requires you to change gravity by pressing alt or triangle/Y if you're using a controller. The others are relatively straightforward I think. Thanks for playing!

I really enjoyed this game. The first minigame is hard as the others say but still fun. Would play a longer version of this with more levels.

Thank you for playing!

Really similar to the other game at the jam. I wish it had an ending screen but I had fun.

It's dumb fun. I'm perfectly fine with that. The visuals could use some improvement but other than that it's good.

This game has a nice concept with good execution. At first I thought the english version was broken because there wasn't any choice. Turns out, it was outside the screen. I don't know if it's a problem with my screen or with the game. Cool game though.

Fun little game. It'd be a great idea to add an "arcade mode" where you try to break new scores. I liked it.

Cool for a 3 hour game.

(1 edit)

Fun game. The controls feel sluggish at times and the checkpoint system sometimes breaks but it's good. I also noticed you made the game before the actual game jam so it isn't in line with the theme.

Really liked the animations and gameplay. Felt polished. Although what you have to do at the beginning is not that clear so I can see a lot of people getting stuck on that part. I'd love to play a longer version of this tbh.

One of the most fun games in this jam for sure. I'd love to play a version with more enemies and the option to upgrade our box. Really cool game.

Reminds me a lot of early flash games. Fun little concept with good execution.

Yeah, different backgrounds and enemies would definitely make it more replayable.

I found it hard to understand at first but once I learned it it became pretty fun. The game doesn't go into fullscreen and the lack of audio makes it less satisfying but it's still really fun.

I laughed out loud when I found out the solution. Even though it was basic, it was really amusing. I remember struggling really hard when I first tried to learn godot so I congratulate you for making this game. I wish you well on your game dev journey!

An interesting and personal game. I liked the gameplay and really liked the monologue. The music suited really well too.

Nice game. The gameplay is fun although it could use more variety. Visuals are good but I wish there was at least a background music. I enjoyed it.

Fun little game! Would love to play a more polished version of this.

Well, the special box is the alien box which gives you superpowers. I thought that was a pretty special box lol.

Yeah, at first I wanted players to figure out things themselves like a NES game but I guess it didn't turn out so well. I'm planning on releasing a better version of the game later. Thank you for your detailed review and I'll be sure to check out your game as well!

It's fun! Could use a little more polish and I think some parts were a little annoying but it's fun nonetheless.

It's enjoyable. I would've liked it to be more interactive though.

Pretty good! Definitely felt special.
