not wrong per se, you might actually like it, but it requires some balancing / rethinking of some features, and lacks the straightforwardness of this version. it's a little too busy.
it certainly was a huge shock for someone like me, who plays this version like an addict, on a daily matter.
I do hope that there will be a separate campaign mode, with new features, and this beta version will be used for an endless mode of sorts, or something more casual.
They're good if one creates corporate-driven milquetoast art. Pixel or anime is the preferred style. Oh, and gazillion of Madness, Mario or Sonic "parodies". Anything else that is indie or alternative is not welcomed there. And they are actually much more edgy nowadays than they had ever been before. The difference is that they're passive aggressive assh*les, as opposed to trolls, or jokesters before. If you're an artist, don't bother, the website is nowadays kinda dead, with a very small, but tight-knit community, who pat each other on the back. And if you ever get ever any interaction there, it's going to be highly unpleasant.

Imagine taking so much effort into creating an A+ looking game, only to self-sabotage it by extreme difficulty, and only like... 10 tries? Where you can easily waste it by accident, either because an enemy attacks you viciously, or a barely visible laser. Maybe there is a way to prolong the game, but I did not manage to find the way, and I do not care much. It's like you don't want people to play it for longer than 5 minutes.
okay. jokes aside, this game touches serious subjects, discretion is advised, but it might be one of the most important games in the last 20 years. I wrote about this game on my blog, you can access it through my profile. I agree with the steam, but at the same time, banning this game made this game legendary, so it all turned out well in the end. mandatory experience, especially the ending. You really should see it! It really speak volumes, and I hope that you will take this message to your heart! Also vile = evil - was it a coincidence?
