yeah it is an older model but it's not too old

My android keyboard enter button doesn't work

I am should've told you this but I am still stuck a "what is your first name" because it brings up my android keyboard and the enter button on it doesn't work as I type down my name, then I press the back button to see if there was another enter button, but there was none and it automatically bring back the keyboard up. 

P.S sorry  =/

it is 8.0.0 android version 

On android I cant get past "What is your name" because when I type my name and press enter it doesn't work.
