If I buy the steam version do I lose my game progress?

How do I use the patch for days 1-17? specifically for Mac?

Just curious but I cant seem to find the game files to add the "game_scripts.rpa" fix, I am a Mac laptop user, any help would be appreciated

green square? I don't recall a green square where is that located? sorry I don't mean to ask so many questions I am just a little lost

No sorry what I mean is when I am staring at the two green trash bins and the red trash bin after I turn left then right again I am facing the trash bins again but I  am not given the option to move with the directional movement button

Can I have help with the movement puzzle I cant figure it out for the life of me and I have been trying to figure it out forever, when I look at the 2 green 1 red and do TL, TR, I don't get the option of U

Am I able to delete old versions of the game when I download the newest versions? Im just worried I will lose my saves if I delete older versions of the game
