To progress through the days, you need to increase affection and, in a few instances, make important decisions. There’s a PDF guide you can download (◡ω◡)
The only ‘updates’ will be typo fixes and bug fixes. I’ve already made it clear in several posts and on my socials that this is a finished work, and it’s even marked as ‘Released’ on the page
As for gameplay, you’re totally free to do it (◡ ω ◡)

Hi, look, I’m not really sure how the save system works on the browser — it wouldn’t surprise me if it causes some errors. However, if you can’t get to day 3, it’s most likely because you need to build up more affection
PS. I recommend using Easy Mode and saving at the start of the day so you don’t lose your progress
In the normal ending, depending on who you spent the night with, you can choose between staying friends or becoming a couple ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
As for the NSFW... sorry, I’m not making a version with that kind of content (~_~;) BUT!! I’ll be posting extra content (drawings) on X and Ko-fi — and on the latter, I’ll let myself go a bit, if you know what I mean ಠωಠ
You probably need to gain more affection on the first day (^～^;)ゞ Remember, the higher the affection, the higher the chance of progressing in the story
You can also use Easy Mode to help you progress — you can turn it on and off whenever you want
