I'm stuck on this part of the game; all of the current girls' Hints say to complete 'Danger Lurking', and I've explored everything except the Library because when I "Explore" this dialogue is all that comes up

And there is nothing else to do beyond this screen, no additional dialogue pops up, no controls/clicking do anything, I can only go back. Plox help, game has been great so far

Whenever I go into the village, the game always changes the background music to 100%, only happens in the village, not in the houses or the forest. Using Windows version.

Well there is a Nate & Co route, albeit only three different scenes if I'm not mistaken, and if by "paper with numbers" you mean their cellphone numbers, you don't actually get Nate & Co's contacts in your phone for that. By business guy I think you are talking about the dude in the blue cafe thing, most I've gotten from that is a phone contact that has a sexting route, I haven't seen anything beyond that in terms of CG's.

If you are talking about the lottery numbers, they have no significance. Purely random from my understanding.
