I love love love this story so far, and the quality of your writing is so immaculate. I'm not sure I have the words to describe how skilled you are at storytelling and how to make a world feel alive.
If I may ask, do you have plans for how the pacing will be going forward? I'm a little concerned with how slow the story is progressing, not because I think its done badly or anything like that, but I am a little worried this will turn into a behemoth of a project for you. (English is my second language so I hope I'm wording things right, I'm absolutely not meaning to be rude)
Your work ethic seems incredibly impressive to me. I hope you take plenty of time for yourself too.
I played this game last year or so I believe, but had to set it down because I was becoming increasingly distressed about Aeran's and my MC's opposing opinions on the Wayfarers lmfao. Pls aeran I just want to kiss, stop being angry. I remember wishing that there was a middle-path choice, because I agreed with him that children shouldn't be taken, but that perhaps Wayfarers should still exist for those that have nowhere else to go. And at least back then, I think saying something to that effect wasn't an option.
tldr Aeran got Big Mad and I ran away (from the game) like a coward.
That said I loved the setting, the story, the characters. How wellwritten everything was. It was very easy to become submerged into the story. Definitely intending to go back and play through what's there again, and I'm really excited to see that it's being worked on. I wish you the best of the success with this game, it's a real work of quality.
Heard a lot about this game. Including how heartbroken people are about it being ghosted. But, I'm gonna try it anyway because with so many people still loving it, even years later, it must be something special. I really hope the author didn't vanish because they passed... I hope they can still read all the lovely messages people are leaving for them here, and that it cheers them up.
