Haha nice!  Though were it true it would suck, I would be so confused, they all look the same to me.  I'd only be able to try to identify by hair color and that would only be easy for like two of them.  :P

A vote with the lowest weight, because it's coming from someone who doesn't like HS at all.  HS2 would be the way to go to attract those of us who don't like them because its the least bad of the two.  :)   

But as a fan of things, I can see how staying with the original engine would be more palatable to the original fans unless you can manage to import/reproduce the models faithfully in HS2.  And that would be a ton of work up front to invest on a gamble.  

Thanks!  Would you consider making a bundle of both seasons?  I first encountered this game on the high seas (you know, with parrots and singing) and want to support it, but this site's lack of  shopping cart functionality is really irritating.  ;)  I bet others will follow suit.

Whats the timeframe difference from the end of season 1 to start of season 2?  (Like is there a few months or years since the end of 1?)

Hoping the dev remembers itch for those of us that can't use Patreon but still want to support the game somehow.  1.3 has been out for three months already but only 1.2 is available here.
