How do I unlock the Christa scene in the DLC?

And I also knocked on the door, but it always says something like “she’s not here right now, I guess I have to try again later”

Hello, first of all thank you for your work. I have a problem with Annie: the game tells me to go to the bathroom to meet her and trigger the cutscene, but I’ve gone multiple times and it hasn’t appeared. Do I need to do something in order to enjoy the scene?
