😂 glad you had fun!

Thank you :)

Thanks!

Thanks for playing! Yeah a few people have had some issues getting stuck.

So creative, how did you come up with this haha. Mechanics were fun and intuitive once you got the hang of it. The power ups were good and added more depth. Very enjoyable!

Me spin, number go up, me like. Dopamine juice!

Thank you for playing!

Thanks :) my brain is strange

Thanks! Haha burn all the bridges on the way out.

The dialogue is very funny. I had a lot of fun, it was definitely hard. I wasn’t sure how to make more money? Nice work though.

Thanks for playing!

I actually kind of suck with colour palettes, I find them unruly and time consuming to get right a lot of the time. So I just defaulted to black and white and then added small pops of colour.

Your welcome, the Godot extensions saved me a lot of time which I spent on art!

Sprouty dialog was particularly heplful for the opening intro :)

Wow thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review, I really appreciate it!

I didn’t keep count but I just checked there’s about 160+ sprites. The puke sprites just cycle between 4 shapes. Yeah you pretty much guessed it, the puke is just stamped sprites and the prop puke is actually controlled via a custom shader, which allows for a bit more control with the colour over time.

Thank you for highlighting the tutorial issue, I’ll look at improving it after the jam is over. Yeah there’s a lot that can be done tuning wise.

Cheers :)

Love some low poly aesthetics! Simple and fun game, the music was so chill I forgot there was a time limit haha.

Thank you!

Love the pixel art! Great use of the theme as main mechanic.

Very nice! The controls felt very responsive and smooth. Simple game executed well.

This is my nightmare — applying to endless job ads, and getting random outcomes. Strangely addicting though! I think with some more work you could release this on steam, like searching jobs boards and steps like video/phone interview etc.

Thanks for playing :)

Thank you! The puke trails is one of my favorite details :)

Artwork and music are great! Fun execution of spinning in the game mechanic, but aiming was pretty hard. Would have been nice if you had some feedback to remind you your gun is empty?

An interesting take on "serious", although there wasn't much spinning going on besides the spin bikes.

Thank you so much! Ngl I was pretty stressed in the last 5 hours...

You're the second person to reference "Beat Your Boss", I haven't personally played it though, I could only find searches about "Whack Your Boss" online?

This is awesome! The combination of hand drawn pixel art in a 3D environment is lovely. The music made the experience calm and soothing. I actually didn't read the control instructions before playing, but I figured it out quite intuitively.

My only critique is I wish mechanically it was a bit more thematic, but overall really like the art and feel.

Haha nice I haven't tried that technique!

Thanks!

Simple and fun! Would have been nice if there was more variety in the levels as you progressed.

Cool interpretation of the theme, making the levels spin! The gravity mechanic was fun once I got used to it. The music and sound really set the tone. I enjoyed that :)

Nice pixel art!

I think the control mapping could've worked better with WASD for movement, it was a bit jarring having to switch from keyboard to mouse for the spinning bits.

Artwork is lovely! I love dogs so you rock.

It can be tricky, you gotta move the player in a circular motion rather than just spin the player to look around

Thank you so much 😁

Love it! Such a simple mechanic executed well! The artwork is great, love the use of typography and colour.

Nice work! The artwork and visuals overall are quite nice! I wish there was some sound though.

Apart from the twisters there wasn't much connection to the theme.

The voice acting and dialogue was very nice, it added emotional depth to an otherwise simple gameplay loop.

Nice work! The CRT post processing effects was a nice touch too.

Nice work! The visuals are lovely. The dice rolling felt satisfying.

I think the game loop could use some work. I didn't feel the urgency to keep playing.

Very creative take! The pixel art and music pair very nicely. Nice use of lighting too.

I didn't get very far though, I found the mouse scroll wheel flying too sensitive and kept killing myself :(

Great minds think alike — office chair spinning! I like the artwork and level designs.

I think the click to move mechanics were a bit frustrating and unpredictable. But maybe that's what you were going for?

Some background music would have been nice.

Nice work, I like the style, reminds me of flash games!

I couldn't make it past level 2 though :(
