Thanks! Yeah, there was supposed to be one more core thing about these abilities, they should've switched on kill, but I had issues with getting that to work with multikills and especially the gun so I scrapped it and focused on bugs, but it still turned out pretty good, even if a bit poorly balanced.
The game is pretty cozy and funny, it's good if you play it perfectly. And that's kind of an issue, if you lose, there is no auto restart, you have to rewatch the whole already pretty elongated starting cutscene again, the game's objectives are pretty intuitive and fun but the game also softlocks whenever it's supposed to loop.
The fact this game is 1.3 GIGAbytes is just kind of sad. Unreal is not a good engine for a platformer, I'm not saying this is a bad game, but I am saying that my laptop has never yet overheated when playing a 'simple' platformer, especially not in the first 2 minutes.
The general shader work and especially the intro look super cool though.
Overall game is fine. Interesting platformer mechanics, very under utilized
I've had a lot of fun playing this, the theme is a bit of a stretch, this could very well be a cool little standalone game. You can get softlocked sometimes when you use the grow tile and get teleported into a wall, truth be told I don't know why I had this much fun playing this, but gave it a soldi ranking <3
Cool little game, could use with some QoL when it comes to the user experience, like time only starting when you actually move instead of just CONSTANTLY looping no matter what, pressing Enter being the only way to start and pressing Reset with your mouse, all of that leads to the game feeling slow and clunky.
