I think you have to pay $14 individually on the 2 games to get the artbooks.
Edit: You have to pay $16.80 for Twilight Railway's artbook, my bad.

HI I LOVE LOVING DECAYS SO MUCH HOLY SHIT.
This game got me giggling and taking screenshots every few minutes or so :3

Everyone's dialogues and development is so, so lovely (especially Chao's)
