Is there even a good ending in ts or do all roads lead to being killed by 404💔

I was making a pngtuber of a character from a game and after reopening the app after playing some games, when i talked the png tuber didnt do shit, didnt change the png to the talking one, didnt move, nothing. and i made sure if its detecting noise. even after deleting the app and reinstalling it + deleting the pngtuber and re-adding the sprites: nothing. he's still just standing here and doing nothing. and i have no idea why.
