Android version fails to install.

I'm entirely stuck on trying to get into the Dancer's dick. No matter how often I press the buttons (Kiss, Play, and Stretch), it never progresses. Just two or three variations of dialogue about it, and then back to the previous.
I've been trying and failing to install the Unlock Romance mod. I'm on android, for context.
Web version asks for a link. I don't know of any link. I have the file.
Downloaded the web version. Opened in chrome. Same issue.
Opened web version in Joiplay. Didn't even give me *any* popup.
Every new update, I think "surely the next one will do major story stuff" and then

>Look at change log
>No new story
>Completely new system that makes gameplay 50x better
How does Rahi keep doing this. Truly, incredible work every time.
