There's a cycling link earlier on to set your hair length and texture! If you leave it on short then your style options later will be specific to short hair 🙂

hahaha i just had such a laugh watching you play through this story having clearly gone in a bit blind - thank you for being so open minded as you moved through it and thank you for sharing the link to the stream with me. 

this is a tiny piece of interactive fiction that i made for a game jam and you're right, it is pretty personal and probably not the most fun to read on stream. however, there are tonnes of super fun text based games here on itch that might be more streamable, and i'm happy to make some recommendations if you ever want to explore that sort of game a bit more! :) 

ohhh i loved this! the presentation felt razor sharp and the atmosphere you cultivated in just a few short passages was amazing.

this was so viscerally stressful????? just felt expertly crafted. the abrupt transitions were sooo good and the audio really added to the experience. as someone who has always been too anxious to learn to drive you captured the feelings so perfectly!

one of my absolute favourite games - such compelling characters and writing and a delicious supernatural setting that doesn't feel tired. the twine demo feels like such a huge upgrade, it's just absolutely gorgeous and really adds to the vibe.

i have really struggled replying to this because i also had an emergency c section after what could be considered a challenging labour and it took me a little while to come to terms with it, so i don't want to offer what will now just feel like empty platitudes.

in the UK, my doctor told me that about 40% of births are performed by C section - did you know that? i felt like i had failed to do the Normal thing too, but now its another tool we have to get babies into the world just like "natural" birth.

you went through hours of pain and had your body sliced open to bring her into the world and i don't think that there is any failure in such an amazing show of sacrifice and love for your daughter. you have done everything you can for her and if there is anything i have learned so far it's that the most important part of successful parenting is continuing to do it even when things are hard, which you're doing in spades at the moment ❤

Hi! There are 10 planned episodes/chapters.

There is zero requirement for your MC to have sex during the story if you don't want them to. Equally, if you want your MC to have sex but you as a player don't feel comfortable with sexual content then there are always multiple fade to black options during sex scenes. 

While I hope that every completed route will be able to reach a satisfying conclusion regardless of whether MC has sex with their RO of choice, I'm hesitant to say for certain that both MC and their RO would definitely be in love. For some routes it is certainly that simple, but due to the short time frame of the story it may not be quite such a neat resolution for all (i.e. a happy ending for some characters may not be as much "definitely in love" as "will reluctantly acknowledge the presence of some feelings" hahaha). 

I hope that makes sense? I've tried to be as specific as I can be without too many spoilers haha! 

Hi! There are a bunch of hairstyle options, but what you see depends on what you select as your MC's hair length and texture in the prologue. I'm always open to adding new styles if you think there's something glaringly missing from the length/texture selection you've made 😊

Glad you're enjoying the game so far! The warning currently applies to two routes that have sexual content in Episode 2, but I plan for most routes to feature sexual content before the game is complete.
