The tooltip says that the Iron Mine cost 50x iron, but deducts 50x iron and 50x wood upon construction.
The tooltip says that the Stone Quarry costs 50x iron, but deducts 50x iron and 50x wood upon construction.
Was also able to build a Stone Quarry with 100x cost using only 100 wood and 50 iron.
Was able to build an Iron Mine with 50x cost using only 50 wood and 0 iron.
To sum up: Tooltip costs do not match construction costs. Construction not limited to correct resource limit.
Also, running out of wood removes the ability to build wood cutters, suggest changing requirements to one, or combination, of the other resources. Same goes for Iron Mine and Stone Quarry. Resource gathering shouldn't be dependent upon itself.
