What is the blue NPC that keeps appearing - I can never interact with it. I just freeze and he runs off before I can move again.

For some reason this doesn't work on my C64 Maxi device. I click to start the game and it just freezes on 'loading'. Anybody know why?

Will this work with the C64 maxi? and is there a pdf manual if purchased digitally?
