Yes I will in a month or so. Im still working out my upload schedule but I think im going to make a devlog series and then a game jam and then start on a new game, then rinse and repeat. So probably a new jam every month or 2.

You should be able to now that its voting time

Its voting for the people who have submitted a game to prevent others creating new accounts and voting on there own submissions.

You can play others games when the submission phase ends and then you can start playing and voting once the voting phase starts.

Nah not really just credit them either in game or in the description so I can credit them if you win :)

If you made it in scratch then save it to pc and then use https://sheeptester.github.io/htmlifier/ to make it into a html. Or down load turbowarps editor https://desktop.turbowarp.org and then open it in that and use its package tool to make it into html or exe. There also a whole bunch of options for turbowarp so if I would suggest using it for future projects as it also can remove limitations like max clones and sprite fencing. Goodluck!!!!!!
