The most playable and engaging game I've seen so far in this jam. The gameplay is very interesting, I think you could scale it further and turn into a full scale game.

I like the art and played the game for some time. Also I liked the visual consistency of the color palette and overall visual style.

Interesting game, engaging gameplay, interesting spin on that jam's theme. Obviously great polish, but I am not sure if I want to play gradius for too long in 2025 lol

Also, "Mothic"... I am going to take a closer look at that engine, is it your in-house game engine?

I liked your game. Mainly the music and the art of the ship.  Sometimes ship gets stuck in the corner and gets bombarded by projectiles that you can't evade but on my second try I did not have that issue any more.

What I appreciated the most was that this game has some form of AI of enemies, meaning that they do not blindly follow predetermined paths and seem to react to player's movement - that adds a lot to the overall game feel.

You kept me playing till the end (I've made it to the customer!). Very engaging, music is good, polish is alright. The amount of "powerups" was also very generous which I liked, otherwise I would have died too many times. It seems there is an ship interior in the game? I could not access it though. Also I liked the face of that customer lol

Playable with Wine on Mac.

What I liked the most was these two other workers that reacted to player, looking at them and waiting patiently for them to pass. It feels like something you wouldn't expect even in an AAA game nowadays lol :)

Also reminded me of Wilmot's Warehouse - I am wondering if you were inspired by it.

Enjoyed pushing everything into the hole and falling myself too

Maybe a little bit better decision would've been to turn the player into a forklift that is more rectagonal in shape.  Great game!

The game indeed does not start on mac os 15. After some tweaking with gl context and shaders I managed to get it to run but only the black screen is shown. With wine it does not start either.

Thanks for you feedback. And first bug reports.

Yes, I think I tried to do something too unconventional here and it somewhat backfired. Next time I'll consider more intuitive mechanics that wouldn't require instructions.

Regarding the buttons - initially there was some logic associated with preconditioning whether a button can be pressed (like moving to next level only when reached a specific score) but decided to remove it so that player can observe all the levels and skip less interesting ones.

Thank you, you are absolutely correct. It's a proof of concept more than anything, and not a very entertaining one at that, lol

Tbh I got tired of it as soon as I finished creating the first level :)

Well polished and quite ambitious, but also very hard (nearly as much as original lol :))

Also nice crouch slide mechanics

What are the guidelines (if any) for packaging the game?

If I use additional packages, should I include them, leave them out as required package do be installed by user or provide full source for all external packages?

To be more specific, I am using several scientific computing libs, do you think that would unreasonably complicate things?
