the code is 1438 but how did you know the code was 4878? was it really just a case that the code was +1 more than what the hint portrayed?

I first want to make it clear that I do know that the pages at the front tell you what the code to each door is, and I have solved those other doors. But this door is soo confusingly difficult I need someone to explain how they could possibly figure this out because oh my god it's driving me insane. First I followed the initial orders, it was the 3rd number + the 1st number. So I calculated and thought oh ok so it's 4877. DECLINE. oh maybe its goes even further? but that can't make sense because 77 + 35 makes a triple digit number and that would mean the answer would be like 69112 which impossible for a four digit code and even then using the combo 112 in any order doesn't work anyway. So then I talked to Loretta herself and I picked up that she had 'think outside the box' in quotations so I thought maybe thats a clue. So I tried using the numbers in between which also was doing a 3rd number + 1st number which gave me the sequence 2 1 3 5 6 9 14 20 29 but I wasn't sure what to make of that. So then I went into the far left room and found the security camera room. I tried the calculation with the times between the girls peeing so 3254? DECLINE. then when I went into the left room again the cameras were gone but there was a note saying how she wants to catch the girl smoking so i thought HA that must be it, it's the exact time the girl was smoking so 1650. DECLINE that wasn't it either. Maybe they want me to convert it to 12 hour time so 0450? DECLINE So I thought, was it IV all along? so I tried that so 4824. DECLINE. then I thought think outside the box? surely it's not the date right? 2208 or 0822? Decline for both. I tried keeping it stupidly simple with 0000, 1111 and 1234 Decline for all 3. So now I give up and am asking for someone to tell me what the code is and give me detail on how the hell they figured it out please. Thank you

Have you ever figured out what the code to the door at the far right is? the one next to the bedroom/toilet camera room? I've tried using the hints but this puzzle is just soo hard. I took the hint to think outside the box, I tried the number + (2 answers back). Every single possible logical answer just wouldn't open that door. Do you know what it is? and could you explain to me how?

it worked when I did it like this. What I want to know is did you figure out where the dolls need to be placed for room 101? Unless theres something I'm missing it's so annoyingly vague where " the man staring at me when I entered the door" is supposed to be.
