Hello, I wanted to let you know that I used Jazzy Shop in my game jam! Not exactly the use you imagined, but the vibes hit just right!

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I used your charming illustrations in my game jam! Hope I did them justice!

You had a good amount of polish all around on this! Would be great to see the idea built out more, and be able to make more progress.

Your dinos are really cute! Some interesting puzzle mechanics going on here, and some of the timed challenges felt really tough!

This game is definitely unlike anything else I've played in the jam, very original interpretation!

Really loved the aesthetic on this. Felt like a real arcade!

Fun little sokoban puzzle game! A nice base to build polish from!

This is such a cool concept and is implemented really well.

Thanks for playing! Presentation was a big focus for me this time around, so I'm glad you liked it!

Thank you for playing! I tried to make the choices a little out there and different!

Thank you for playing! We'll have to see if I add more to this, I had begun to plan out 7 days worth of content (plus the branching events), but that was way too much for the time we had!

Interesting way to mix a wave-style game with the budget limitation!

Thank you for playing my game! I appreciate the UI callout, as that was a big focus for me for this jam!

This might be my favourite game of the jam. Surprising depth to the gameplay despite the simple premise. Your visual polish is fantastic and atmospheric. Great work. Would love to see this built out to a full game with more choices in regards to specific upgrades, more variety in waves, and more!

Your premise and art is so cute! It was nice to play all the different endings.
I feel like you had a really strong idea of what you wanted to make and implemented it well!
If you wanna build it out more, it would be great to be able to customize your dino more, make choices on what the date will be and maybe buy gifts for your gf too!
Great work!

Solid little platformer! Some polish needed on the UI, but everything else looks great & cohesive!

I ate too many popsicles and now I'm broke. 😑

Your sprites were really great for such a small amount of pixels used. Fun little experience.

Really charming presentation and so polished! Nice simple little game jam experience.

Thank you for playing my game! I'm glad you liked the balance of jokes and tough choices!

Nice management game, though this little guy is eating me out of house and home! There's no chance to upgrade the box because he eats too often.

This is definitely a great start, and with more time, I would love to see more effects added for when the dino gets hungry or angry, SFX for when it eats, etc.

Thanks for playing my game! I'm glad that you enjoyed the concept as I feel like that's the strongest part of the whole project, I'm glad that I got some of that across!

Hey dude, don't sell yourself short! This was a fun little experience, that I'm sure with more time could become something cool! Everything you added is pretty well polished too. Your assets look cohesive and work well together. I appreciated being able to make the dinosaur moonwalk.

Don't give Jared any encouragement, he'll bankrupt us all! 😅

Thank you so much for playing my game! Happy to hear that the humor hit for you.

Really cool idea! I would love to build a way to swap up which tiles are coming next so you can customize a bit towards what you see during your scans.

Presentation was great and UI was really clear! I didn't spend any time confused about what to do or how to interactive with the game, and got right into spending a few runs just trying to get a higher score!

Thank you for playing! And I appreciate the feedback on the UI: it was was a big focus for me for this jam, so I'm glad to hear it made an impression.

Wow super polished! Presentation of art, and sound was great.

I felt a little confused to begin with on how to go about solving the puzzles presented, but once it clicked I was zooming through.

Cute dino design and presentation. The sounds were really satisfying.

Great polish for a jam and I'm sure with more time you could've added more systems or stuff to interact with!

Wow, ambitious city builder for a 3 day jam; great job!

I really liked your art and presentation. No doubt more time would be great to add polish.

Loved this! Your little dinos were endearing, and I was motivated to hear them say "yipee" every time.
Your progression for adding new features was paced really well.

Really loved your art on this. The shop felt real, the depths felt real and each of the dinosaur designs were unique. Had a little confusion on some of the navigation controls, so needed to re-read your instructions more than once (would've been great to include in game)!

I think the core concept was interesting, but the rock/paper/scissors gameplay felt entirely random each dive. Might be cool to add some kind of indicator when you're picking your team of what they're up against so the user input feels like it matters more.

Great start on this for a 3 day jam and could totally see it being developed into a fuller game!

I really liked the design of the character, dinos and the background! It would've been nice to add some more UI polish as the tutorial would've been easier to read if it was in a text box. Music and sound was great and worked well.

Interesting addition of a wall grab, though I found it more of a hindrance than useful when platforming around. Dinos came at you fast and relied on fast reaction times.

Great little incremental/rougelike game. I was praying for dino plots every week. There's definitely a lot of room to grow this into a fully fledged game by adding more events and cards.

The presentation was really nice, though some of the icons didn't render correctly for me. My biggest critique would be that the SFX clashed a lot with the calming music by being kinda loud and abrupt.

The art was really cute and I had fun with the game concept. It might've been nice to give the player the chance to review the level before picking their moves, but the trial & error loop felt nice.

I really liked the concept and had fun with it! I would’ve loved if the dinos were a bit bigger so they were easier to see, and maybe a little more control over shooting/spending currency as I found it easy to burn through money quickly and end up unable to teleport.

Cute tower defence game! I really liked the mix of 2D and 3D graphics. It was great that the dinos really felt like they had different stats & uses, so it would've been helpful to have some UI that explained them a little more. I thought the T-Rex would wreck everyone really quickly, but he felt quite weak.

Loved this! The puzzles were just challenging enough despite only really having 2 rules to follow (fit the spaces, & match food types). The art style was pretty endearing (I loved the compys). Would be great to build out in future with the addition of more rules to deepen the puzzles!

Super smooth game and the presentation was spot on! With more time, it would be awesome to see more depth added in how you funnel your eggs/dinos or a progression system, as it ends up just being a game of walking between the two shops to buy low/sell high.

$1 for a whole dinosaur? I think this butcher is ripping me off! 🤣 Took a little while for me to adjust to the budget mindset.

Cute game, loved the art style. Would've loved to see some different SFX for different actions.

Loved the art style. Simple gameplay with surprising depth. You really used the limitation to hone in on one thing and make it good.

This game had a lot of charm and I appreciated that you added a mini tutorial.
Behold the mighty T-Rex, with his tiny sword! Because of this and his tiny arms, I felt like I kept getting too close to the enemies and taking damage when I was trying to attack.
