Okay, and the first thing I want to share is that I recently decided to start using task boards—just a couple of days ago, actually. Mine already looks like this, and it’s pretty convenient for keeping me grounded instead of daydreaming and running around wondering what to do next. This is the second tool I didn’t really want to adopt for some reason—the first one was the design doc.
