Possible bug?
So the two parry situations on night 6, I had one instance where the animations happened simultaneously. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that's not intended.
All I can say is, screw night 6 of the arcade. I've given up on it at this point. I can't figure out how to even begin formulating a strategy for this night. In most attempts, I barely make it to 4 or 5am before getting dog piled. The furthest I've gotten is about 8 I think, but that's because I didn't get ganged up on for most of that run. Only losing to parry sequence, behead the right, Nile is knocking, suddenly parry the tv, Nile opens the door, hi Poppy.
I had never heard of this game until someone randomly linked a torrent to it. On a whim I decided, why not give it a shot? I enjoyed your game far more than I anticipated. Marionette strangely hit me hard with the nostalgia stick, probably because I really liked Simtower when I was younger. I had to figure out where this game was being sold and support you. I now legitimately own the game, and actually kind of hope you make a sequel or something for this game. I would love to see the mechanics expanded upon. If not, I will still keep an eye out if you work on any future projects. Best wishes to you, keep on keeping on!
I think Nile is my least favorite mechanic. Something needs to change about it, I had 3 cameras go out in less than 5 seconds because she swapped to each one last second. That 3 at once was a unique case, but I can't count how many times I went to a camera and Nile wasn't there, I switch off it, then go back, and the camera was out. With how much you have to keep track of in later nights, her mechanic ends up feeling like bs.
Some possibilities I can think of off the top of my head for adjusting her mechanic with out completely changing it. Not saying these all need to be done.
-Give Nile a cool down when shutting a camera off.
-Make it so she doesn't instantly go to another room when she shuts a camera off.
-Giving downed cameras a reboot timer. (Just thought, you could make rebooting a minigame in of itself.)
-Limit the number of downed cameras.
That's my two cents, fun game overall, got through all 12 nights. Keep up the good work!
