Looks good so far! Obviously, there is still a lot of work to be done, but this start looks good. I like that you are already starting to think about lighting, but it needs a bit more. The interior is pretty dark.  It also needs the rest of the house too lol.

Great job! The sizes feel great. Definitely add some lighting by the staircase, since it was easy to miss. Also, use an invisible block to make the stairs easier to climb.
