thanks so much for remaining engaged with folks and giving such a thorough reply! I haven't gotten the chance to play yet, but every time this game crosses my mind I get so excited to try it out (I'm just running too many other games at the moment lol)

Anyway I really appreciate the open communication! Version Zero has so much charm and such an amazing feel, and I'm looking forward to anything else you decide to put out into the world!

Thanks for playing!  I checked out the VOD from your stream, it was super fun to watch you explore!  Your first run did sadly hit the same bug that Pinuwuk and Pintito both saw where the doors open early.  We're hoping to get that fixed when we have time to really revisit this project.

Your second run looked like it was all working though!  I'm glad you enjoyed the mystery of it all :)

interesting... thanks for the hint!

haha, actually I can't even jump across on that route... hmmmmm

okay so you mentioned on the showcase stream that the end screen is beatable but I'm STRUGGLIN right at the start

Am I right that you gotta climb all the way up the left ladder, then figure out how to throw the box all the way across the screen to the bottom of the right ladder? Cause I seem to max out at throwing the box just over half way across before it drops straight down lol

I love the idea of making the ending both a joke / fakeout and an actual really high skill-ceiling rage game!  From that perspective the whole game is kinda just a tutorial for the REAL game in the last level

This is really great! The music is a total banger, the gameplay is tight and the perfect level of demanding.  I gotta admit I was not expecting that freakin kaizo double jump situation, really good stuff :)

He's in an emo band

Thanks!  I'm glad you enjoyed the map randomization!  GuiltyLilty put a ton of work into getting that system working, and Megajumpy (tchurch015) spent a whooole lotta time making modular map segments to slot together.  There are other random elements as well, but I won't spoil it :)

Thanks for playing! I'm curious - did you literally just run around and not interact with anything and the doors were open?  Cause that'd be a bug for sure, lol

I'm glad you enjoyed the vibe regardless!

Such a cute game!  Very charming and cohesive :) I definitely still have a lot to learn in terms of machine processes, I suspect there are two-stage transformations?  haven't worked those out yet...

Also, I did hit a bug that I've seen from other Godot games running in Safari: After a few minutes the page refreshed and Safari puts up a pop up saying that the page was reloaded because it's using too much memory.  I'm not sure if there's a fix, I probably just need to try again using Chrome

Again, great work, I'm enjoying it!

Very fun little set of minigames! I think you did a really nice job with the art style.  Everything feels very cohesive, which I know isn't easy to do!  And a very cute lil guy!

Got up to 153!  Nice little game, very cute.  Extremely fast Cappy.  I'm in love

very charming, I love the polish! Got stuck in the kitchen, what else is there to clean??
 Nice job :)

Looks like the game may not be public?  I got a 404 :(

gotcha, thanks!

Hello!  Are you planning to introduce additional theme requirements March 1st, or is the Lil Guy of it all the full prompt?
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your work, I love it!  Is it intended to be tiled at 16x16px?
