sorry everyone, getting a little tired so im closing it now! i will get to all the games people already posted but anything after this comment i probably wont play. once again sorry for the troubles :(

love the concept but the game itself could use a bit of polish- music is very atmospheric so thats great!  the spin mechanic is super neat but paired with the low friction makes movement very difficult, and the enemies are about the same speed as you so they can just constantly hug your face while staying out of the swords reach. could be a really great game with a bit more work but i understand the time constraints of a game jam, nice job tho!

done!

its still the bugfixing window right? you should be able to upload a web version of the game too (if you can) and that would work!

very creative idea and perfect execution! game's interface felt very nice  to use, and just polished in general. i do think it could've used some kind of tutorial, but everything was very intuitive so it didn't drag it down too much!

done!

loved the art and the variety of bullets! core gameplay loop was super fun, but i do wish you could see more of the individual bullet's actions for some of that balatro oomph. i also think the ui conflicted a bit with the art style, but those are just a nitpicks, great job!

loved the idea but the execution seemed a little messy? sometimes it seemed like the wheel was just completely wrong, so i'd have the spent the entire time trying to figure out which key it was actually rebinded too but by the time i found it the controls would be shuffled again. the music is great tho!

sorry windows wont let me run it :(

ty!!! yeah the gameplay is around 5~ deep in the game? there is spinning but you have to solve like a password first!

done!

best incremental game ive played this jam so far!!! visuals fit the game perfectly (DITHER EFFECT SUPREMECY), the escalation was hilarious, and the ending was incredible. great job!

done!

incredibly charming art style and creative gameplay! wish i played more happy wheels during my developing years though cause this was stupidly difficult for me.

here's my game https://itch.io/jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4717197

just drop yours on the comments and i'll go check it out!

very simple and well executed game! love incremental type games so i might be a bit biased though. not sure if its just a web version bug but a lot of the things on screen were poorly cropped tho? idk. great job!

could you check my game out? play yours rn!

the authors barely disguised fetish

super solid game!! take a bit to understand the mechanics but once i did it was great!

great concept and execution! art style is lovely too, wish there was some kind of upgrade system though cause you get overrun very quickly

great concept and level design! loved trying to complete the pizza but the timer feels way too difficult

super well executed idea! shooting and moving being intertwined is super clever, though the rotation speed could be a tad slower.

ty!!! tbh the writing was the part i was most self concious about so thats great to hear! i'll check your game out in the morning

alright i lied cant sleep just decided to fix it now!

ty!!!! ill go play youre game tmrw morning after i sleep

sorry gotta fix that! it's an "o" (the letter) not a zero. gonna change it to lower case tomorrow during the bugfixing window but im really tired rn.

ty for the concern but don't worry, i'm not out of the game yet- the judges are playing all top 100 and they'll pick their favorite 50!

this game is actually PEAK oh my god!!!! art style+rotoscoping is hilarious, gameplay is stupidly addictive, and the music absolutely bangs (i do wish it looped though). seriously, no notes. (also DAP ME UP MAXXING FOR THE WIN GRAHHH!!!)

aww this game was adorable!! the art was super charming and i loved the story- gameplay was a little lacking, but everything else more than made up for it!

aww ty! and keep up the good work, i'll be looking forward to what you make in the future!

wow oh my gosh thank you for the feedback!!! you're the only person i've seen pick up all the small details i added (even some unintentional ones too, but eh death of the artist or whatever) im glad you were able to get so much out of this silly game, and thanks for playing!

thanks for playing!! also, i did add a way to fast forward text with the c button, but i only mentioned it in the game page, not in the actual game, so i don't blame you for finding it annoying- glad you enjoyed everything else tho!

thanks for playing! yeah i noticed most of the time when people played my game they just spammed bullets- i definitely could've incentivized people to use the grenade more, especially cause thats where all the cool mechanics are, but as of now it's mainly only useful for speedrunning. ty for the feedback tho! glad you enjoyed

aww tysm!!

ty!!! also i did bring up parries in the tutorial, but tbf it was mentioned in passing along with the punch mechanic in a wall of text so i don't blame you for missing it- glad you enjoyed

ty for playing! yeah tbh i got no clue about the difficulty- i only had 1 playtester before submitting and they managed to beat it first try, but then i watched a couple people play my game in vc and they all struggled with it so im a lil clueless, glad you enjoyed tho!

woah this is insane! movement is super fun and art is incredible

geniunely one of the most creative ideas this entire jam- lovely story, and the 4d audio made it incredibly immersive! great job, its clear what your vision was, and it was executed perfectly!

really creative premise and fun gameplay! it is a little too easy though, and there's not really an incentive to use anything other than the spray bottle, but i still had a blast playing it!
